To be successful in this role, you need the following:
* Social mindset – you are focused on how to build and grow stakeholders engagements, though convincing them to buy a decent and freshly roasted coffee while providing a benefit to society.
* Connector and rainmaker – you are the type of person who connects with others quickly, building trust and rapport easily. You are comfortable selling and recommending solutions you truly believe in.
* Belief in Social Café’s products’ reach – you believe how a cup of coffee can help sustainable development with both local and international reach, and that makes you proud. You believe in the “power of social coffee” and would like to become more acquainted with Coffee’s specifics, from its crops till cupping.
* Training – you’ll be inducted about Social Café’s projects, coffee specifics and manufacturing processes, feeling an actual “owner” of the business.
The role of Business/Commissioned Partner encompasses the following responsibilities:
* You will be the regional leader of Social Café in the designated geographical area.
* You will contact businesses, offices and coffee lovers to deliver our unique solution.
* You will connect and network with the business community – through events, public speaking or virtually. You will either be, or aspire to be, a thought-leader in the business community.
This is not a salaried position, you will derive your income from the amount of products sold and from an overall bulk sales fund throughout the region.
